We do a maintenance inspection first to save you time, energy, and money. We want to be sure you have the preventive maintenance that your home deserves. Wolf Home Services takes a proactive stance, addressing issues before they become major problems. Our team looks behind the rotten windowsill to find the source of the damage. We don’t fix just the cosmetic symptoms of a problem, we tackle its root cause. 
    
When we inspect your home, we want to know if all of its systems are working as an integrated whole. Your car runs more efficiently when the tires are properly inflated, aligned, and balanced. Likewise, your home’s HVAC system performs most efficiently when the insulation is in place, the weather stripping is intact, and the doors and windows are working properly.

When you subscribe for one of our services, we’ll schedule your maintenance inspection. During this initial inspection, our team will inventory all of your home’s systems. We’ll collect details like model and serial numbers, manufacturer, date installed, and prior service records, if any, to create a comprehensive file on your home’s components. Next, our team will thoroughly inspect every aspect of your home, from rooftop to the ground, and everything inbetween. You’ll receive a complete report, including photos. We’ll notify you immediately of any maintenance or repair issues discovered during the inspection. We’ll provide you with our recommendations to resolve such issues and, if you choose, schedule the work right away.

Storm Damage Inspection.
Your house will be on our residential list for WHS’s storm response.  Our inspector will survey and document exterior damage, secure against further damage, and quickly report back to you. Storm damage inspections and work done to secure against further damage will be billed at our hourly storm inspection rates. All repair work will be charged at our normal rates & must be approved by you before work begins.  

What constitutes a storm? ...when the National Weather Service has issued a warning, confirming hurricane, tornado, or local flood conditions. Thunderstorm damage is considered an emergency call intiated by the homeowner. Inspections cannot commence until conditions are deemed safe to do so.

Away Inspection.  Set your mind at ease while you are away. You can schedule the inspections you’ll want and we’ll perform them, following our checklist. A copy of each inspection’s report will be left on your kitchen counter. If we find a problem, we will secure the house against further damage and contact you.
