Wolf Home Services (WHS), is a new division of Jeffery M. Wolf General Contractor, Inc., an established St. Petersburg business. WHS is a partnership in more than the legal sense of the term. We are a family-owned business with many years of experience working together on homes in some of the most beautiful Pinellas County neighborhoods.  You expect the level of personal service from WHS that our parent-company’s clients have relied on since 1992!

 Jeffery M. Wolf is a statewide, class A licensed, General Contractor with many years of experience, as well as a talent for innovative ideas and problem solving. He has orchestrated and supervised projects as diverse as high rise office buildings, a commercial floating-dock marina, historic restorations, multi-million dollar homes, and major reconstruction efforts in Miami after Hurricane Andrew in 1994.
